Live Acquisition 2.1 Software

Live Acquisition 2.1 is the new easy-to-use solution for real-time, multi-dimensional microscopy imaging applications.

The new Live Acquisition software 2.1 builds upon the version 2 which was the most comprehensive release since its initial introduction. LA 2.1 adds many new features ontop of the already extensive list of features from version 2. The major new features of LA 2.1 is the Multi-User management that is taylored for big departments with lost of users or imaging facilities. It allows managing multiple users, where each of them can have its own list of presets and even hardware configurations, within LA itself. The Offline Analysis application for analyzing and managing the acquired image has been enchanced, too.
In LA 2.1 a sophisticated FRAP analysis with multiple fitting functions has been added as well as analysing the mean intensity from FRAP ROIs online.
The new LA 2.1 also features enhancements for acquiaring data, like speed optimizations for Polychome and Oligochrome or the redesigned Z-Stack control. Starting with LA 2.1 TILL offers a cost effective LA Imaging bundle for iamging systems.

Live Acquisition allows you to acquire multi-dimensional image data and to combine multiple imaging techniques in one workflow. The software scales form imaging systems with just a camera and a light source to fully equipped imaging workstations that combine Widefield, TIRF, Spinning disc, Structured Illumination, FRET and FRAP on one microscope. Other advantages of the LA are the real-time capability as well as the optimization for high-speed acquisition with more than 300fps possible.
