Senior Sales Manager Europe - located in Gräfelfing/Munich (m/w)

The position

• International sales of our products (direct and via distributors)
• Development of our distributor network
• Continuous development of existing relations of all business segments incl. OEM
• Development and implementation of adequate measures to grow and consolidate our customer base
• Continuous increase of sales via systematic and effective acquisition of new customers
• Contribution to the development of our strategy as well as to the initiation and negotiation of project cooperations
• Cooperation with our marketing and product management departments

The requirements

• Typically requires a university degree in science discipline, ideally Ph.D.
• Professional experience in sales of complex microscopy solutions and imaging software in the biomedical market (incl. profit responsibility)
• Experience in management of customer relations by your own responsibility in a defined sales region
• Excellent knowledge in live cell microscopy

• Excellent, enthusiastic, clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a diverse audience are critical to the success of this position.
• Proven ability to interact with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Negotiating skills and success driven
• High flexibility and mobility (possession of a valid passport)
• Proficiency in English
